Seven Years in a Row as a Business All-Star
We are delighted to announce that Quayside Shopping Centre has been named Business All-Star All-Ireland Shopping Centre of the Year 2026, marking an exceptional seven consecutive years of Business All-Star accreditation by the All-Ireland Business Foundation.
To receive this recognition once is an achievement. To achieve it for seven consecutive years is something we are immensely proud of.
The Business All-Star accreditation recognises excellence across the core pillars of Performance, Trust and Customer Centricity, and this latest accolade reflects Quayside’s continued commitment to maintaining high standards, supporting our retailers and delivering an excellent experience for everyone who visits the centre.
The All-Ireland Business Foundation highlighted Quayside’s sustained performance, strong retailer relationships and ability to provide a reliable and engaging customer experience year after year.
Continuing to Invest in Quayside
The retail landscape has changed significantly in recent years and shopping centres and retailers across Ireland continue to navigate a challenging and constantly evolving environment.
At Quayside, we believe standing still is not an option.
Our focus is firmly on the future – continuing to invest, evolve and ensure Quayside remains a vibrant and competitive shopping destination for Sligo and the wider North West.
As part of that commitment, we have recently completed a significant upgrade of our customer toilet and seating facilities, enhancing comfort and convenience for visitors throughout the centre.
And we’re not finished.
Over the coming year, we will continue to identify opportunities to improve and enhance the scheme, with a clear focus on the customer experience, our retail environment and ensuring Quayside continues to be a place people choose to shop, meet and spend time.

“Retail has been challenging across the board and the reality is that shopping destinations cannot afford to stand still. At Quayside, we are determined not only to stay in the game, but to keep pushing forward and working to stay ahead.
“That means listening to our customers, supporting our retailers and continually looking at where we can improve. We have recently invested in upgrading all of our customer toilet and seating facilities and that investment will continue as we work to further enhance the centre over the coming year.
