A FREE giant day out for all the family at Quayside Shopping Centre in Sligo.

Saturday June 25th  the spectacular and very popular ‘Dinosaur Live Show’ returns to Quayside Shopping Centre for One Day Only and this is not to be missed!!

We will join Brad the intrepid explorer on a journey through the Jurassic Era as part of our Free Dinosaur Day Live, mini stage shows. Roaring fun with plenty of interaction, engagement and education. The show opens with Brad teaching children some interesting facts about Dinosaur’s and the Jurassic Era, a geologic period and system that spanned 56 million years. Brad will then bring out on stage two different species of Dinosaur’s which some of the children can pet and interact with – Terry the Triceratops & Vinny the Velociraptor Dinosaur! (fun interactive puppets).

While Velociraptor and Triceratops are very exciting dinosaurs in their own right, the main attraction of Dinosaur Day Live! will without a doubt be Trixie the Tyrannosaurus rex, a massive (4 metre long) recreation of the world’s most famous dinosaur. This awesome T. rex can walk around and interact with the audience and is bound to delight children while making adults double take and wonder if the giant dinosaurs really are extinct after all!

Trixie the Giant T-Rex will no doubt cause great excitement in front of the stage and kiddies and parents can take their photo with him as a memento of the day.

You’ll learn some fun interesting facts about Dinosaur’s and the Jurassic Era and everything is presented in a theatrical performance that will thrill and entertain kids while stimulating their imaginations.

Admission to Dinosaur Day Live! is free on a ‘walk in’ basis, with shows running from 12-4pm (with intervals).
