Responsibilities:
As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for all visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
🔒 Conducting regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the shopping centre premises.
🚨 Monitoring surveillance systems and promptly responding to any suspicious activities or incidents.
👥 Assisting and providing support to customers and tenants when required.
🔒 Enforcing shopping centre policies and procedures to maintain order and safety.
💼 Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services, if necessary.
📝 Preparing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:
✅ Previous experience in a similar security role is highly desirable.
✅ Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, tenants, and fellow team members.
✅ The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
✅ A keen eye for detail and the ability to detect and respond to potential security risks.
✅ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
✅ A valid PSA License and valid Work Permit* (Non EU Nationals)
